D. Michael (Mike) Dvorchak is a 30-year resident of New York City.  After a successful career in the entertainment industry (The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization, Arista Records and USA Network), he has been selling apartments throughout the city since 2008.   His passion for New York City history and witnessing the tremendous change over the past 30 years, make him ideally suited to assess the current market conditions and provide an honest appraisal and sound advice.
